Join a rejuvenating, relaxing and re-energising weekend of Movement, Meditation & Contemplation in the serene and tranquil setting of Creacon Wellness Retreat.
During this uplifting and empowering retreat experience three different forms of movement – QiGong, Tai Chi & 5 Tibetans Vitality Yoga, as well as gentle & easy stretching exercises which can be practiced daily.
We’ll utilise EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique – a simple yet very effective means of reducing stress, anxiety, etc. – moving through and releasing what may be keeping us stuck, or limiting our potential.
And enjoy the many benefits of Japa Mala Meditation, anchoring positivity and leading to deeper understandings of ourselves.
Along with Heartful Meditation/guided visualisation, and Earthing.
