Jim & Phil look forward to welcoming you to an afternoon of gentle movement & deep relaxation. Come and experience the many benefits of QiGong/Tai Chi – easy & calming, yet energising, followed by Japa meditation, and a guided relaxation meditation.
No experience needed -suitable for all adults.
Phil Lacey and Jim Devereux have combined their years of training, knowledge and experience to offer simple yet effective tools that you can utilise in your daily life to support, uplift and empower yourself.
