Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat

Retreat Schedule:
FRIDAY: Arrive to a refreshing welcome juice, settle into your media-free, deluxe bedroom. A two course dinner from our ‘Soulful Food’ menu will be served, after which you can melt your stresses away with the Soulful Sound Meditation. Retreat to you bedroom for a restful sleep.

22:30 Guests retreat to their bedrooms for a good night’s rest
SATURDAY: Every good morning starts with a delicious breakfast. Then activate the mind and body with a 5 Tibetan Rites yoga class to set you up for the day followed by a Relaxing and healing Tibetan Bowls class.

13:00 Free time, head to the beach or a walk. Explore the Sunny South East

SUNDAY: Last day, feeling relaxed and rejuvenated spend the morning with us to make sure you are ready for the new week, new season.
