Membership Form

Any new member will need to fill out the below form and return it either to the offices or email to office@hooktourism.com.

  • Membership begins on 1st April and runs till the end of the following March.
  • All members must have a completed membership form and membership fee paid by mid April to ensure they are included in that years brochure.
  • Dedicated listing on this site.
  • Promotion on our Hook Tourism social media pages
  • Access to regular members emails informing members of the goings on in Hook Tourism, upcoming events and other information.

 

  • Membership is a partnership between us and our members, we can best help you if we know what you have going on so let us know as early as you can.
  • The more information that you can give us, the more we can support you.

Social Media Policy

  • Members posts will be shared as stories, only around 5 stories per day will be shared.
  • Members content should be shared with the Hook Tourism team preferably at least a week in advance.
  • Make sure to use @hooktourism in your posts so we can easily see when you have something going on.
  • In order for members posts to be shared they need to be:
    • relevant to the business being promoted,
    • not containing out of date information,
    • of a good quality to share.
  • Hook Tourism social media team generally works Monday (excl Bank Holidays) to Friday 10am to 6pm, any posts or information published by members outside of these times will only be shared on the next working day.
  • Regular posts on the Hook Tourism socials will be created by the social media team and will generally try to include multiple members.
  • Feel free to share any photos and videos with the team that you have so that the team can best promote your business.
    • There is no guarantee that any media shared will be used.
    • Any media may be cropped or otherwise modified to fit the post being created
