10th Tri the Hook – Sprint Triathlon

This year Tri the Hook turns 10, come and join us in the celebrations.

Java Republic Tri the Hook Sprint Triathlon is taking place on Saturday 21st August 2021.

This is a Triathlon Ireland Sanctioned event consisting of a 750m swim taking place off the awe inspiring Baginbun beach, a 20km cycle which is a great technical route for those who like to be competitive and a 5km run completes the race. All with stunning views of the Hook peninsula.
