Tri The Hook Sprint Triathlon

August 24

Tri the Hook Sprint Triathlon is taking place on Saturday 24th August 2019.   This is a Triathlon Ireland Sanctioned event consisting of a 750m swim taking place off the awe inspiring Baginbun beach, a 22.19km cycle which is a great technical route for those who like to be competitive and a 5.3km run completes the race with stunning sites of the Hook Peninsula.   €45 per individual, €85 per relay team

Irish Whale and Dolphin Day
