Root Chakra Activating Yoga Workshop
Join Jade for a Root Chakra yoga workshop, aimed at activating the root chakra through movement and mindfulness. Our root chakra is associated with our sense of security and stability. It is the base chakra for balancing the foundation of our bodies and our lives. When we work with the root chakra, we feel a sense of grounding, and find it easier to take on life’s challenges, releasing fear, anxiety, anger and worry.
This workshop will use movement in the form of active yoga to activate the root chakra as well as meditation to go deeper into the activation through the mind. We will also look into crystals/foods/activities associated with the root chakra.

3:00 – 3:30pm: Welcome circle – understanding the chakras & Pranayama Breath-work
3:30 – 4:30pm: Active yoga
4:30 – 5:00pm: Guided meditation & relaxation
